Modify Bending Pin

Module(s): Bar Reinforcement

You can use the Modify Bending Pin tool to modify the bending pin diameter of any bent bar, regardless whether the bends are displayed as circular or angular. It is not necessary to recreate the bar together with all its placements.

To modify the bending pin diameter

1. Click Modify Bending Pin (How).
   

   Activate Modify Bending Pin in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Engineering Bar Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Bar Reinforcement

   • Configuration: Engineering Engineering Modify flyout
2. Click the bar at the positon of the bend where you want to change the bending pin.
3. Enter the bending pin diameter (dbr) / bar diameter (ds) factor.

   The bend of the bar you have modified is displayed as circular. Bending pins of end hooks cannot be modified .
