Modify placement display mode

Module(s): Bar Reinforcement

You can use the Modify Placement Display Mode tool to modify the number of bars displayed in placed reinforcement. You can choose between the following display modes: all bars, just the bar in the middle, any bar, or a single bar displayed as folded.

To modify how selected instances of reinforcement are displayed

1. Click Modify Placement Display Mode (How).
   

   Activate Modify Placement Display Mode in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Engineering Bar Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Bar Reinforcement

   • Configuration: Engineering Engineering Modify flyout
2. In the input options, select the type of display to be assigned to the placement.
   • Click Show all bars to display all bars in the placement
   • Click Show middle bar only to show just the middle bar
   • Click Show selected bars to show just the bars you select
   • Click Show selected bar as folded to show a bar of your choice. The program presents the various folding directions for selection. Select the desired setting by clicking.
3. Activate the placement to be displayed in the new mode (read the information displayed in the dialog line)..
   

Note: When you modify the display, layer marking may be lost. To recreate it, you can use the Label or Dimension Line, Label tools.
