Defining batch

Module(s): Bar Reinforcement

You can use the Define Batch tool to combine any number of bars so that they can be placed in a single step using special placing methods.

To combine bars in a batch

1. Click Define Batch (How).
   

   Activate Define Batch in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Engineering Bar Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Bar reinforcement

   • Configuration: Engineering Bar Entry and Placement flyout
2. Select the bars you want to include using a selection rectangle or the brackets tool.
   

Note: Bars created in Reinforce with 3D model mode can only be combined in a batch provided they have not yet been placed. The program will issue an appropriate message.
