Retrieving a smart symbol file (*.nmk)

Tool(s): Smart Symbol Catalog + Smart symbols library

To retrieve a smart symbol file (*.nmk)

1. Open the Smart symbols library in one of the following ways:
   • Click Smart Symbol Catalog (How).
     

     Activate Smart Symbol Catalog in one of the following ways

     • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Smart Symbols

     • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

     Smart Symbols

   • Select the Library palette and open the Smart symbols folder.
2. Open the Smart symbol file folder or an appropriate subfolder.
3. Select a smart symbol file (*.nmk).
4. Double-click the preview or drag the smart symbol into the workspace.
5. Place the smart symbol.
   A number of tools are provided in the input options to help you place SmartParts.
