Unlink DTM

Module Digital Terrain Model

You can use the Explode Composite Element tool to explode a composite element into discrete elements. This will delete the entire model so that only the original grid points are left.

To unlink a digital terrain model

1. Click Explode Composite Element (How).
   

   Activate Unlink DTM in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Terrain Digital Terrain Model

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Digital Terrain Model

2. Click the DTM to be unlinked.

Note: To delete specific elements in the model - for example, contour lines, elevation points and labels - you can use the Delete incl. Contours and Elevation Points tool together with the DTM Filter in the Filter Assistant.
