Breakline

You can use the Breakline tool to define terrain edges. Triangles with these mandatory grid lines are not optimized and calculated as breaklines.

What do you want to do?

Add a breakline

Modify a breakline

Delete a breakline

Note: A breakline must pass through existing grid points. This also applies if you are using 2D design entities as the basis for the line.

Tip: When working with drawing files, it is advisable to keep the breakline as a geometric entity in a separate drawing file. You can use the polyline entry tools to match the element with the grid points on top.
