Digital Terrain Model

DTM filter

The DTM Filter is provided in the Filter Assistant for editing digital terrain models. You can apply a filter using the following criteria:

• Contour line
• Elevation spec
• Profile section
• Triangle text
• Grid point text
• Contour line text

Measuring tools

The Measure tool contains the DTM Height, DTM Surface and DTM Slope options, which are specially provided for the Digital Terrain Model module.

You can use these options to measure the height of a point in a DTM, the overall surface of a DTM or just portions of it and the slope defined by two points in a DTM.
