Offset entered based on point snapped

On: the offset you enter in the dialog line applies to the point currently snapped.
Off: the offset you enter applies to the last point entered.

Size of CursorTips for reference and start points

Enter a value between 1 and 5 for the size of the CursorTips indicating the reference point and the start point.

Color of CursorTips

Select a color for the CursorTips indicating the reference point and the start point.
