Grid

Module Site Plan

You can use the Grid tool to create beams. You can use this tool to place temporary reference points as an aid to orientation in the superordinate national coordinate system.

To create a grid

1. Click Grid (How).
   

   Activate Grid in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Terrain Site Plan

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Site plan

2. Enter the spacing between grid crosses.
3. Enter a value for the size of the individual grid crosses. Entering 0 will generate continuous gridlines.
4. Define a frame that represents the limits of the region in which the grid is to be displayed. The frame will remain visible on screen in construction line format.
