To delete a file show

1. Click one of the tools used to access the file shows in a Windows dialog box. For example
   • click Create, Save File Show (How)
     

     Activate Create, Save File Show in one of the following ways

     • Menu bar: Create Presentation Paint

     • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

     Paint

   • or Run File Show (How).
     

     Activate Run File Show in one of the following ways

     • Menu bar: Create Presentation Paint

     • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

     Paint

2. In the dialog box, click the file show you want to delete.
3. Press the Delete key.
4. Acknowledge the confirmation prompt.

   The file show to be deleted is now moved to the Windows Recycle Bin and can be deleted for good in Windows Explorer.
