Segment: Segment length in smoothing arc

Context toolbar for defining a stair’s line of travel and geometry

When you have defined the outline of the stair, you can use the Segment parameter to change the segment length of the smoothing arc on a line of travel,

To modify the segment length of the smoothing arc

1. Click the smoothing arc whose segment length you want to change.
2. Enter the new length.

   

   (A) Segment length
   (1) Segment length: 0.50
   Radius: 0.50
   (2) Segment length: 1.50
   Radius: 1.50
