Modifying finish specifications

To modify the finish specifications of a specific surface

1. Click Finish Specifications (How).
   

   Activate Finish Specifications in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Architecture Rooms, Surfaces, Stories

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Rooms, Surfaces, Stories

   • Configuration: Architecture Rooms flyout
2. Use Match to read the room’s finish into the dialog box.
3. Change the parameter settings for the surface to be modified.
4. Check the box for the surface in question and clear the check boxes for the other surfaces and/or the baseboard.
5. Click OK to confirm.
6. Click the rooms that are to be assigned these parameters.

   Tip: You can use Find Elements in the Input options to enter criteria for finding elements.

7. Right-click in the workspace to confirm the settings and to create the element.
