Exporting STL data

You can use Export STL Data to export Allplan data to STL format (*.stl).

General information on the USTL format

To export STL data

1. Click Export STL Data (How).
   

   Activate Export STL Data in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: File Export
   • Shortcut menu: Navigation Mode selected - Right mouse button - Export 3D Data
2. Specify whether to create the data in binary format or in text format (ASCII).
3. Enter a name for the file, select the file type and click Save.
