Delete Plane

Module(s): General: Roofs, Planes, Sections

You can use the Delete Plane tool to delete planes (a dormer, for example) in a roof frame.

To delete a plane in a roof frame

1. Click Delete Plane (How).
   

   Activate Delete Plane in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Architecture General: Roofs, Planes, Sections

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   General: Roofs, Planes, Sections

   • Configuration: Architecture Roofs and Planes flyout
2. Click the roof frame you want to edit.
3. Click the roof plane you want to delete. Click on its outline.
4. Press ESC to quit the tool.

   The roof frame is recalculated.
