Delete Part of Region

Module(s): Smart Fit

You can use the Delete Part of Region tool to delete parts of and entire regions where smart elements have already been placed.

To delete part of a region such as a single element

1. Click Delete Part of Region (How).
   

   Activate Delete Part of Region in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Bonus Tools Smart Fit

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Smart Fit

2. Click the part of the region to be deleted.

   The part that you clicked is immediately deleted and the main region is automatically re-calculated and updated.

3. Press ESC to quit the tool.

Note: To place and fit elements in a new region, the dialog box needs to be closed first.
