Site plan-specific layout border

Module(s): Crop Layout

You can only use the Site Plan-Specific Layout Border tool with layout sections!

To create layout borders on layout sections

1. Click Open on a project-specific basis (How) to open the layout with the section you want to edit
   

   Activate Open on a Project-Specific Basis... in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: File

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+Alt+O

   • Toolbar: Standard
2. Click Site Plan-Specific Layout Border (How).
   

   Activate Site Plan-Specific Layout Border in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Crop Layout

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Crop Layout

3. Make settings for layout border and label and click confirm the dialog box.

   The program creates the individual elements one after the other.

4. Specify the outer border and the inner border (if Auto-create border is not selected).
5. Position the right value, height value and rotation information.
6. Position the scale information.
7. Set the center of the North arrow.
   

Notes:

• To change the settings of the individual elements, click Properties. Please note that the changes you make are only taken into account if the respective element has not yet been created internally. Therefore, you cannot deactivate the automatic creation of the layout border at a later stage, for example. In this case, select the tool again.
• Depending on the parameters set in the Properties, the prompts may differ from the procedure previously described.
