Layout content reports

You can use the Layout Content Reports tool to create reports that analyze the data of the documents placed in a layout.

To create a report of a layout

  1. Click Layout Content Reports (How).
  2. The Reports dialog box opens. Select the folder and report and then click Open.
  3. The report is displayed in the Report Viewer and you can edit it as follows:
  4. Print or save the report.
    You can also print the list to file. You can then distribute this print file electronically. If the list exceeds one page, you can specify whether you want to include all the pages in the print file or selected ones only.
