Assigning line types during export

Besides the capability of assigning line types directly, two additional options are available when exporting data: you can assign the 'From layer' or 'From block' property to specific line types.

From layer: the elements are given the FROMLAYER (or BYLAYER) line types; i.e. the elements assume the line type assigned to the current layer.

From block: the elements are given the FROMBLOCK (or BYBLOCK) line types; i.e. the elements assume the current line type or the line type assigned to the current layer.

Note: Think carefully before using these settings as all the elements with the assigned resource (e.g. all the elements with line type1) will get the BYLAYER or BYBLOCK property. As a result, the display will differ from the original.
