Saving Standard Text as Favorite Files

You can save often-used text as text favorite files and then paste it into text when you need it. You can save up to 20 such items, each up to 30 characters long.

To save text as a favorite file

1. In the Text dialog box, click Text Favorites.
2. Click +.
3. Type the text.

   You can enter up to 30 characters.

4. Click OK to confirm your entry.

To retrieve standard text

1. In the Text dialog box, click Text Favorites.
2. Click the desired text.
3. Click OK to confirm your entry.

   The text is transferred into the line of text you are entering.
