Selecting layouts, associated layouts and structural levels
You can select layouts, associated layouts and structural levels in the layout structure by clicking them or enclosing them in a selection rectangle (using the left mouse button). Selected elements are highlighted blue.
- To select a single layout, associated layout or structural level, click it.
- To select a series of non-adjacent layouts, associated layouts or structural levels, press and hold down the CTRL key and click the layouts, associated layouts or structural levels one after the other.
- To select a range of adjacent layouts, associated layouts or structural levels:
- Click the first layout, associated layout or structural level in the range, then press the SHIFT key and click the last layout, associated layout or structural level in the range at the same time. Allplan only selects layouts and associated layouts or structural levels. You cannot select superordinate and subordinate structural levels in one go.
- Click to the right of the first layout, associated layout or structural level in the range and open a selection rectangle while keeping the mouse button pressed down. If you want to select several structural levels, for example, click to the right of the first structural level and enclose the desired structural levels in a selection rectangle.
