Text with Numbering

You can use the Text with Numbering tool to place text which is numbered automatically. You can define the format, reference value and increment value for the numbering. Every time you place text, the program automatically increments the number by the value you have specified.

To place numbered text

1. Click Text with Numbering (How).
   

   Activate Text with Numbering in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Text

   • Tools palette Create area in the following module(s):

   Text

2. Set parameters.
3. Place the text in the workspace. The program automatically increments the number by the value you have specified in Increment.
