Analyzing demolition and new building elements

As budgets are usually tight, it is important that you can determine costs early on.

When working with 3D components you can use Allplan 2015's new tools to calculate areas and quantities for each building alteration category separately (as-built data, demolition, new building).

This way, the time-consuming process of calculating openings to be added or closed and determining quantities is simplified considerably.

Predefined building alteration reports in Allplan

Allplan provides reports that filter and analyze components of the demolition and new building categories only. These reports are particularly appropriate for as-built drawings (all layers are visible). You do not need to select specific print sets. Using these reports, you can analyze all important components of the Demolition and New building categories.

Reports are used for analyzing data in Allplan. They are saved as templates in RDLC format.

Reports can be printed, placed as PDF files in documents and exported to Excel and other formats.
You can change the layout of reports and save the result as a new template.

The Reports tool provides a number of reports for Building Alteration, which you can find in the Demolition and New Building folders.
