Model Spline

Module(s): Advanced Draft + Site Plan

The Model Spline tool is basically a more advanced version of the Stretch Entities tool and is used with spline curves. A preview supports planning and scenario analyses. For example, you might modify contours and any boundaries, i.e., model them in plan.

To modify and model a spline

1. Click Model Spline (How).
   

   Activate Model Spline in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Advanced Draft

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Advanced Draft

   Site Plan

   • Configuration: Landscaping/Urban Planning Site Plan flyout
2. Click the spline to be modified.
3. Click a reference point for the modification.
   If you click on Radius in the Input options, you can define a detection radius.
4. Click the end point for the modification.
