Using print sets

You can assign users to print sets or print sets to users. The following section shows how to assign users to print sets. The procedure is the same for assigning print sets to users.

• When you are working with Workgroup Manager in a network environment, you must be logged in as administrator.
  

  Workgroup Manager handles the organization of CAD workstations in local networks. The Workgroup Manager module enables users to access all projects on all computers from every workstation. It ensures data consistency even if several users are simultaneously working on the same project.

To define which users have access to which print sets

1. Click Select, Set Layers (How).
   

   Activate Select, Set Layers in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Format

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+4

   • Toolbar: Format
2. Select the Print Set tab.
3. Click the Define, modify print set... button.

   The Print Set Manager dialog box opens. The existing print sets and users assigned are displayed in the left window of the Assign user tab. The existing users are displayed in the right pane.

4. Select the users you want to assign to a print set.
5. Drag the users to the desired print set.

   Or:

   Select one or more print sets and click .

Note: To remove a user from a print set, select the user in the left pane and click Delete user on the shortcut menu or click .
