Using print sets

When you delete a print set, the program only deletes its name; the layers and elements on the layers are retained. Bear in mind, though, that deleting print sets may lead to layouts that no longer produce the desired result.

• When you are working with Workgroup Manager in a network environment, you must be logged in as administrator.
  

  Workgroup Manager handles the organization of CAD workstations in local networks. The Workgroup Manager module enables users to access all projects on all computers from every workstation. It ensures data consistency even if several users are simultaneously working on the same project.

To delete print sets

1. Click Select, Set Layers (How).
   

   Activate Select, Set Layers in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Format

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+4

   • Toolbar: Format
2. Select the Print Set tab.
3. Click the Define, modify print set... button.

   The Print Set Manager dialog box opens.

4. Select the print sets you want to delete, click the selection with the right mouse button and, on the shortcut menu, click Delete print set.
