Selecting the Active Fileset

Open on a project-specific basis

A fileset is a convenient way of grouping together a series of drawing files. You can also create several filesets.

To select a fileset

1. Click Open on a project-specific basis (How).
   

   Activate Open on a Project-Specific Basis... in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: File

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+Alt+O

   • Toolbar: Standard

   Tip: You can also double click with the left mouse button in the workspace.

2. The following options are available for selecting the active fileset:
   • Click the name of the fileset:
     The fileset is selected, the drawing file list stays open or closed, and clicking Close shows the drawing files you selected last.
   • Double-click the name of the fileset:
     The fileset is selected, the drawing file list is opened or closed and you can select drawing files. Clicking Close shows the drawing files that are currently selected.
   • Click the node beside the name of the fileset:
     The fileset is not selected but the drawing file list is opened or closed. Clicking Close shows the drawing files you selected last for the active fileset.
