Moving or Copying Icons between Toolbars

You can copy and move icons between different toolbars as well as on the same toolbar.

To move or copy icons between toolbars

1. Show the toolbar with the icon you want to move or copy, as well as the toolbar onto which the icon is to be placed.
2. On the Tools menu, click Customize....
3. Do the following:
   • To move the icon: click the icon, hold down the mouse button and drag it to the other toolbar.
   • To copy the icon: press and hold down the CTRL key while dragging the icon to its new position.

Note: If the icon has a flyout, the icons in the flyout are also copied/moved.
