Soft interpolation / mip-map

You can use the Soft interpolation / mip-map option to control how textures and background bitmaps are displayed in the animation window or in rendered images:

Allplan determines the color of pixels based on a bilinear (soft) interpolation between the nearest texture pixels. In addition, mip-maps are used (each bitmap image of the mipmap set is a version of the main texture, but at a different resolution).

Surface textures appear more natural and realistic; Moiré patterns are prevented. When the Hide black pixels option is activated, interpolation leads to lower transparency effects. When the texture is only applied to a part of the surface (Repeat option disabled), mip-map textures may not produce satisfactory results
