Creating similar elements

When you create elements via the shortcut menu, the elements are given the settings of the element you clicked.

To create similar elements with the shortcut menu

• No tool is activated.

1. Click the element with the right mouse button.
2. Click the function displayed at the top of the shortcut menu.

   Now you create similar elements; the settings on the Format toolbar and/or the Properties remain unchanged.

To create similar elements with the same settings

• No tool is activated.

1. Double-click the element with the right mouse button.

   Now you can create elements of the same type; the parameters of the selected element are transferred to the Format toolbar and/or the Properties.

   Note: If the selected element is assigned a layer that is visible, frozen, the layer status is set to Current.

   Note: Depending on the Behavior when double-clicking the right mouse button setting in the Options - Desktop environment - Mouse and crosshairs page - Mouse area, the settings transferred to the Format toolbar are reset to their previous state after the element has been created.
